Which brushes to use in watercolor?

The best brushes have great elasticity, softness and water capacity. The Kolinsky sable round brush is the most valued for its point and recovery.
An affordable, excellent alternative are synthetic brushes that mimic natural hair. Keep several sizes (fine, medium, large) and always keep them clean and dry.
